What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry Pharmacy Technician 2nd shift position at CITYWIDE RX LLC?
Seeking Experienced Registered or Certified Pharmacy Technicians with Data Entry experience to become part of our team!
Under general supervision of a Data Entry Lead, and in accordance with local, state, federal and company laws and regulations ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast, professional and accurate communication.
- Hours/Schedule 2nd shift, Monday - Friday 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm & rotating weekends
- Competative hourly wage $2.00 shift differential paid for all hours worked on 2nd shift
- Full range of benefits offered the first of the month after 60 days of employment
- PTO accrual up to 120 hour/annually
Responsibilities:
- Enter new orders into pharmacy computer system for Staff Pharmacist review.
- Maintain customers’ specific information by entering new information, updating and correcting information in pharmacy computer system as required.
- Generate accurate labels for dispensing.
- Answer phones to respond to orders inquires.
- Place outbound calls to facilities to clarify orders as needed.
- Triage incoming faxes promptly and accurately.
Qualifications:
- MUST BE a Registered or Certified Pharmacy Technician in the state of OHIO
- Previous experience in pharmacy or other related fields
- LTC pharmacy experience a plus
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- High School or Equivalent
