About The Role Civ Robotics is looking for a highly motivated, outgoing, and tech-savvy sales representative with strong business acumen to join our growing Business Development team .As a Business Development Associate (BDA) , you will respond to inbound inquiries and generate new business by prospecting outbound leads through cold outreach. You will work collaboratively across our sales organization to set high-value meetings .This is a highly strategic role that requires creativity, resilience, and strong collaboration with an Account Executive to create new business opportunities.🚀 Joining the Business Development team is an opportunity to fast-track your career in sales. Minimum Qualifications ✅ 2 years of sales experience ✅ A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding goals

Preferred Experience ⭐ Experience with HubSpot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator ⭐ Tech experience or proven success in a fast-paced environment ⭐ Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience - a strong passion for Robotics or Contech is a plus ⭐ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a paramount focus on detail ⭐ An ability to celebrate change and embrace accountability

What to Expect in Your First 90 Days

Within 2 Weeks, You Will…

  • Complete Civ's new hire training & onboarding program to gain a broader understanding of our products and how your role fits into the organization.
  • Partner with the Head of Business Development on key success metrics for your role and how you will measure against them.
  • Begin developing familiarity with our business, platform, applications, and key metrics .
  • Acclimate yourself with day-to-day responsibilities by shadowing team members, listening to recorded customer calls, and working closely with the Head of Business Development .

Within 1 Month, You Will…

  • Identify and contact prospective clients to build a pipeline through cold-calling, emailing, and social media.
  • Create a professional and engaging first impression with our prospects and customers.
  • Maintain and update our database of prospects with complete information.
  • Thoroughly qualify all inbound and outbound opportunities, ensuring a smooth handoff to Account Executives .
  • Prioritize leads, research prospects , and position relevant product features to solve business needs.
  • Manage follow-ups with calls-to-action to consistently build a sales pipeline.
  • Within 2 Months, You Will…

  • Exceed activity and pipeline goals on a monthly basis.
  • Reflect on skill development and work with the Head of Business Development to identify personal and professional growth goals.
  • Contribute significantly to Civ’s growth as we continue to scale .
  • Compensation & Benefits 💰 Expected Pay : $70,000 Base Salary, plus $30,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings)

  • OTE is payable based on Civ’s variable sales compensation plan . Employees who exceed annual sales targets may receive additional compensation .
  • Incentive compensation will be provided as part of a total compensation package .
