    • IDEAL CANDIDATES FOR FRONT DESK OR GUEST EXPERIENCE :

    We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality.

    This is Regular Full Time position.

    As a Guest Experience Guide (Front Desk) you will be responsible for :

  • Check guests in and out of their rooms
  • Assist guests with planning their Wellness Journey classes
  • Take reservations on the phone
  • Arrange transportation for guests

    • Requirements

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Previous hotel / resort experience a plus, but not required.
  • Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends / holidays
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
  • Passion for wellness
