IDEAL CANDIDATES

We are seeking exceptional individuals who are passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality.

This is Regular Full Time position. Pay range is $22 - $24 / hour depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for food preparation.

Prepare ingredients and dishes according to menu specifications and timing standards.

Maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation in alignment with brand standards.

Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper inventory rotation (FIFO).

Keep workstations clean and organized throughout shifts.

Collaborate with chefs and cooks to complete meal preparation on time.

Adhere to portion controls and minimize food waste.

Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Prior experience as a prep cook or in a similar role preferred.

Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality dishes.

Food handler certification or ability to obtain one before starting.

Salary : $22 - $24
