Job duties include:
- Management of multiple telephone lines and email correspondence in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining engaging client relationships through empathy, compassion, and understanding
- Admitting and discharging clients and patients
- Performing client education
- Documenting client communications and medical record entries
- Managing appointment schedule
- Invoicing clients and handling cash and payments
- Maintaining a clean, safe work environment
