Role Overview : We are looking for a motivated and analytical Technical Analyst I to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will work closely with the senior technical team to support various technical projects, troubleshoot issues, and provide data-driven insights. You'll be involved in both the technical and business sides of the operation, ensuring that systems are functioning optimally and assisting in the translation of business requirements into technical solutions. Key Responsibilities : Data Analysis & Reporting : Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making across teams. Generate regular reports on system performance, user behavior, and key business metrics. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide actionable insights. System Support & Troubleshooting : Provide first-line technical support to users, helping to resolve issues and escalate when necessary. Work with the development team to identify bugs and issues, and assist in testing bug fixes and new features. Ensure that systems are running smoothly by monitoring and maintaining application health. Documentation & Requirements Gathering : Document technical processes, workflows, and system configurations. Work with product and engineering teams to gather and clarify business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Help maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides. Collaboration with Teams : Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to identify opportunities for process improvements. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of technical solutions that align with business objectives. Learning & Growth : Continuously develop technical and analytical skills through hands-on experience and training. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute fresh ideas. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Management Systems and Information Systems, or adequately technical business program or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Technical Skills : Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, etc.). Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar is a plus. Knowledge of software development processes and tools (e.g., JIRA, Git, etc.) is a plus. Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment. Experience : Prior internship or work experience in a technical or analytical role is preferred but not required. Passion for learning and eagerness to grow in a technology-focused role.
