Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney in Construction litigation to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3-12 years of experience in civil litigation (Construction litigation) and demonstrate exceptional research and writing skills.
The successful candidate will work on an existing construction and business litigation caseload and will also be responsible for marketing and generating new clients and cases.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage an existing caseload of construction and business litigation matters
- Conduct research, analysis, and preparation of legal documents
- Handle all aspects of trial and trial preparation, including discovery / depositions and law and motion
- Independently manage cases, ensuring efficient progress and timely resolution
- Market to and generate new clients and cases
