Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Focus on writing new commercial business by identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth.
- Re-marketing Efforts: Work closely with clients to facilitate policy renewals, ensuring competitive pricing and coverage options.
- Client Management: Manage a small book of business, providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work with team members to proactively address client needs, resolve issues, and identify new business opportunities.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay current with insurance market trends, regulations, and coverage offerings to provide expert guidance to clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
- Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer’s license in NH (or an adjacent state).
- Preferred: CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation or a similar industry certification.
- Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management software is preferred.
- Skills: Strong computer proficiency with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Communication: Ability to engage with clients and team members with professionalism and poise.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive decision-maker with the ability to troubleshoot and offer solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
