Position: Electrical Engineer I / II

Summary:
The Electrical Engineer I/II will provide electrical engineering support for developing and improving manufacturing equipment and processes. Responsibilities include overseeing electrical design, troubleshooting, process improvements, and implementing automation. The role requires managing a team, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitary standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage electrical engineers and technicians.
- Assist maintenance with troubleshooting manufacturing processes.
- Drive continuous improvement for electrical controls and process monitoring.
- Oversee new equipment installation and startup.
- Implement automation to improve quality and machine performance.
- Coordinate electrical design, installation, and repair of equipment.
- Develop and maintain electrical standards, procedures, and training materials.
- Provide technical support for suppliers and ensure equipment specifications are met.
- Support Rockwell FactoryTalk integration and other automation systems.
- Participate in safety reviews and compliance with government regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent.
- 3-5 years’ experience in programming in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with PLC/HMI programming, AutoCAD, and Allen Bradley PLC systems.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Experience in batch/liquid blending is preferred.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. occasionally.
- Frequent standing, walking, and occasional sitting.
- Ability to work in a noisy environment and handle varying temperatures.
- Strong visual acuity and manual dexterity.

Salary : $70,000 - $110,000
