Job Description

Requirements:

  • Master's or doctoral degree
  • Current/valid New York State Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
  • Currently registered as a registered professional nurse and NP certification in good standing
  • Certified as a nurse practitioner pursuant to
  • 6910, with prescription writing privileges pursuant to
  • 6902.3b of the Education Law
  • DEA license
  • Hold all requirements indicated by the NY Department of Education and NYS OASAS to perform history and physicals and prescribe medications.
  • OPRA certification
  • Current basic life support for health providers (BLS)
  • 3 years of related work experience
  • ANCC/ ARC-PA credentialing and certification
