Summary : -
We are currently seeking a dynamic Fire Sprinkler Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Hydracids and Revit and possess a passion for designing fire protection systems. As a Designer, you will play a crucial role in the design and coordination of fire sprinkler systems for projects of various sizes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Utilize HydraCAD and Revit to design fire sprinkler systems, standpipes, fire pumps, and other specialized water-based systems.
- Perform calculations for fire sprinkler systems in accordance with project requirements and regulations set by the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
- Prepare and submit plans to the AHJ in a timely manner to obtain necessary permits for construction.
- Coordinate designed fire sprinkler systems with other trades as per the project's Building Information Modeling (BIM) requirements.
- Ensure that designed and coordinated systems are suitable for fabrication, meeting industry standards and project specifications.
- Occasionally conduct on-site surveys to gather relevant information for project design and coordination.
- Provide support for other aspects of the project as needed during its course.
