Responsibilities
- Provide training, supervision, and guidance to ACSW, AMFT, APCC interns and trainees in MSW, MFT programs, and paraprofessional client support staff;
- Reviews supervisees' documentation of client services and ensures program and QA compliance.
- Supervision of assigned staff includes management, coordination, and direction of the clinical and case management activities of supervisees.
- Position may include providing direct clinical / therapeutic counseling and mental health services,
- Clinical intake / evaluation, crisis intervention, community presentations, and other therapeutic services as needed.
- Participates in the management of Clinical Services with implementation and facilitation of program and transformations as required.
