What are the responsibilities and job description for the Oracle Integration Developer position at CivicMinds, Inc.?

SUMMARY :

Position is Full time working in Plano, Texas (not remote) . Responsibilities include all aspects of IT Integrations development and particularly Oracle (OIC) Integration to ensure they are correctly implemented and operating according to required specifications. We are a full Oracle Cloud shop with Saas and Paas of ERP, CRM, OCC, WMS , OIC, CPQ, C&E, DBaaS, EPM, EDM, DaaS. The job is also responsible for IT system design, development, testing and support. Supports and enhance solutions as needed to support the IT business applications. Position is the key resource for integrations and development. This role will be crucial to support operations by working closely with cross functional team members to maintain and enhance the overall business system landscape.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :

Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
5 years of development experience
2 years of Oracle middleware experience (OIC / SOA Suite)
5 years of SQL experience
1 years Oracle Cloud (SaaS / Fusion) experience

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES :

Must have experience in Oracle Integrations

Advanced Rest and SOAP Skills

Must have PL / SQL and SQL development

Application implementation experience desired

Oracle BPM for Cloud / Fusion ERP (Workflow and approval configuration)

Security architecture (security console, roles, privileges, hierarchy, etc.)

Good organizational and presentation skills

Understanding of IT Change Management practices

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :

Creating and maintaining Cloud integrations

Creating and maintaining reports on Oracle BI Publisher (Formerly XML Publisher)

Use Java Development, Apache CFX, SOAP, SOA (Service Oriented Architecture)

Create integration mechanisms into Cloud / Fusion ERP (Inbound / Outbound)

Develop business processes

Implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud application

Developing BI tools like OBIEE, Power BI etc.

Implement IT Change Management practices

Ability to travel up to 10%

Other duties as needed and assigned by Manager
