Duties
- Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for various construction projects.

- Operate construction equipment safely and efficiently as needed.
- Collaborate with supervisors and other laborers to complete tasks on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
- Participate in project scheduling and assist in managing timelines effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience in concrete labor or related construction roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction management practices, including supervising teams and quality control measures.
- Understanding of concrete installation processes is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Experience with project scheduling techniques will be beneficial.
