Job Summary
Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. seeks a skilled Civil Engineering Senior Project Manager to lead land development planning projects for our commercial, institutional, and residential clients. As a key member of our team, you will manage project teams, perform quality control, interface with clients, and mentor junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project teams to create land development plans
- Perform quality control and ensure project deliverables meet client expectations
- Interface with clients, contractors, and local government officials to impact project outcomes
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
- Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in civil engineering project management
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field, M.S. preferred
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification in Massachusetts preferred
- Experience in scope development, budgeting, and project execution
- Ability to mentor staff and provide technical guidance
- Excellent communication and project management skills
