Overview
Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) is seeking an environmental health and safety (EHS) professional to become part of our expanding practice and client services in our Wixom, MI and / or Toledo, Ohio locations. You will work with our environmental practice team to assist clients in navigating and complying with continually changing and challenging environmental regulations. In this position you will gain a direct understanding of how your activities and services affects client business objectives and help them to achieve those objectives. You will also build business and client relationships and a network within and outside of CEC that will help your personal and professional development as a consultant.
Qualifications
- 5 years of environmental compliance experience with or for manufacturing and / or power generation facilities;
- in Civil / Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related;
- Knowledge of federal and Ohio and / or Michigan environmental (., air, waste, water, rules and regulations; and,
- Exposure to environmental reporting and / or permit / plan implementation (., Tier II, TRI, wastewater, storm water, air and / or SPCC).
