Responsibilities
- Oversee paving operations on private and DOT projects.
- Manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Supervise construction crews and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Review blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate execution of project plans.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high standards throughout the construction process.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and promote a culture of safety on-site.
