We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment, including excavators, dozers, skid steers, rollers etc.. Your role will involve clearing, grading, loading, pipe laying, and operating various equipment to support construction and other projects.

- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, skid steers, rollers etc.
- Perform tasks such as clearing, grading, loading, and pipe laying
- Safely operate equipment in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow project plans and specifications to complete assigned tasks
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Experience operating heavy equipment
- Familiarity with the operation of various types of equipment
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
