RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform Special Inspections:
- Conduct thorough inspections of construction materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and relevant codes.
- Perform inspections per industry standards and project requirements.
- Document inspection findings accurately and comprehensively.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or non-compliance issues.
Materials Testing:
- Conduct soil, concrete, and asphalt testing during downtime between special inspection projects.
- Perform laboratory testing as required (if experienced).
- Ensure proper sampling and handling of materials for testing.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable specifications and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all inspection and testing activities.
- Prepare and submit timely inspection and testing reports.
- Maintain records of all certifications.
Site Safety:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while on job sites.
- Report any safety hazards or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Laboratory testing experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in diverse field conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and standards.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently.

- ICC Reinforced Concrete
- ICC Prestressed Concrete

- ICC Structural Steel and Bolting
