As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing and Business Development Assistant to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for supporting our growth team, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the firm’s expansion. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent marketing, sales, or business graduate who is eager to learn, proactive, and willing to take on a variety of tasks. Over time, you’ll have opportunities to take on more client-facing responsibilities and grow into a Marketing and Business Development Associate role.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with content creation, scheduling, and posting on social media platforms.
• Support marketing operations, including event promotion, email campaigns, and branding efforts.
• Help manage and update marketing materials, presentations, and more.
• Maintain and update client and prospect data within our CRM system.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring seamless follow-ups and organization.
• Track and organize business development activities, including proposals and deal statuses.
• Research and track upcoming industry events, maintaining an event participation calendar.
• Assist in event planning, logistics, and coordination for conferences and networking events.
• Attend select events to support the team, gain exposure to the industry, and develop networking skills.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support business development efforts.
• Build targeted contact lists and assist in outreach strategies.
• Assist in drafting, formatting, and organizing client proposals and presentations.
