We are looking for the next member of our Project Management team to support Project Managers by overseeing administrative tasks, communicating with stakeholders and ensuring resource availability for the project team.
Project Coordinator Responsibilities :
- Assist PMs in the development of project budgets, project schedules, reports, scope statements and project plans.
- Develop schedules in Deltek and resource load the project management plan.
- Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as attendance at meetings, development of meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Meet with clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines.
- Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables.
- Formats and creates specifications following CSI standards and works with project engineers to ensure complete coordination among all engineering disciplines.
- Provide support on internal projects or programs by liaising between the various departments and team members involved on the project; assesses project risks and provides viable solutions.
