The Director of Admissions identifies and maintains relationships with hospital discharge planners and other referral sources related to possible admissions. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Nursing Home Admissions Director, and thorough knowledge of all local hospital systems.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology and diagnostic procedures
- Experience with nursing home EMR highly preferred
