Position Title : Clinical Supervisor
BCBA Salary Range : $82,450 - $102,820 commensurate with experience
Qualifications (Minimum) : BCBA / LBA Licensed by the State of Virginia Department of Health Professions Board of Medicine
Job Duties :
- Direct supervision of Registered Behavioral Technicians
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and Learning Needs Assessments (in our center, home, school, and / or community)
- Developing Individualized Behavior-Change Programs with client-specific goals and outcome measurements
- Training and development of Registered Behavior Technicians
- Data analysis
- Ensure care coordination with internal and external treatment providers
- Conduct clinical supervision
- Provide weekly communication with direct care professionals, parents / legal guardians, and other providers to ensure service Continuity
- Properly maintain client records and protected health information in compliance with State and Federal laws
