Responsibilities
- Leadership and Culture Development: Guide, mentor, and inspire the management teams across multiple communities to cultivate a culture of professionalism and exceptional senior care.
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as a collaborative partner to regional counterparts across Sales, Wellness, Food and Beverage, Maintenance, and other departments, aligning operational strategies and enhancing service delivery.
- Strategic Financial Management: Drive financial performance through effective budget management, cost controls, and innovative financial strategies to surpass financial goals.
- Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and quality standards; lead proactive efforts in staff education on compliance and care protocols.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee operations to meet or exceed key performance indicators, providing strategic guidance to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Staff Development and Retention: Analyze staffing challenges, leading recruitment, training, and retention initiatives. Coach managers on best practices in employee relations and HR matters to foster a supportive and compliant workplace.
- Professional Demeanor: Outstanding ability to communicate with professionalism and tact across all levels of the organization.
- Licensing: Eligibility for licensing as an Assisted Living Manager/Administrator in Texas, Colorado, and Kentucky.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years in a senior managerial role in the senior living industry, with demonstrated expertise in overseeing personnel, financial management, and multi-department operations. Experience in employee relations and coaching managers in HR matters is essential.
- Technical Proficiency: Competence in modern office software and industry-specific systems.
- Mobility: Must be willing and able to travel extensively across designated regions.
- Flexibility: Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
