We are looking for an Entry-Level HR Assistant to support our growing HR team in managing the day-to-day HR functions and ensuring that our workplace runs smoothly and efficiently. Job Summary :
As an Entry-Level HR Assistant at CiviTronix, you will support the HR department by performing administrative duties, assisting with recruitment efforts, managing employee records, and contributing to various HR processes. Key Responsibilities :
- Administrative Support :
Provide administrative assistance to the HR team, including managing calendars, scheduling interviews, and preparing HR documents (e.g., offer letters, new hire paperwork, employment contracts).
Assist with maintaining employee records and updating HR systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information.
Respond to basic HR-related inquiries and provide timely assistance to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on company job boards and external platforms, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth and efficient interview processes.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, ensuring all new hire paperwork is completed, and facilitating introductions to key teams and resources.
Help organize employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs, contributing to maintaining a positive company culture.
Assist in the implementation of employee recognition programs, and support the HR team in organizing training, workshops, and team-building events.
Track employee attendance and assist with managing leave requests and other related HR documentation.
Help ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Support in preparing HR reports related to employee turnover, hiring trends, and other key HR metrics.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and adhere to data protection standards.
Assist in various HR projects, such as improving employee satisfaction, refining internal policies, or optimizing HR software tools.
Work closely with the HR team to streamline HR processes, ensuring efficiency and consistency across HR functions.
Assist with maintaining office supplies, coordinating meeting spaces, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.

Pay rate : $22.00 - $27.00 / hour
