Position Overview :
The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating forklifts to ensure order fulfillment. Additional responsibilities include loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating products using a forklift.
3rd Shift Stand Up Reach Forklift Operator (Sun-Th 10 : 30pm-7 : 00am) - $17.90 / hour
Position Responsibilities :
- Primary responsibility is to safely operate a forklift
- Ability to work in a cold environment
- Physical fitness and strength
- Basic math and computer skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols in a cold storage environment
- Experience operating warehouse equipment
- Attention to detail

- Receiving and Inspecting Goods :
- Unloading trucks and checking incoming shipments for accuracy.
- Inspecting goods for damage or signs of spoilage, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Verifying that products are stored at the appropriate temperatures during transit.
- Storing Goods in Temperature-Controlled Areas :
- Organizing and placing items in cold storage areas (freezers or refrigerators) according to established guidelines.
- Ensuring proper stacking and organization to prevent damage, contamination, or spoilage.
- Monitoring storage temperatures regularly to ensure products are stored in optimal conditions.
- Experience in a Blast zone
- Perform other duties as assigned
