Position Overview :
The Lead Solutions Architect will join the Blue Yonder team where the core focus is to ensure customers realize value from CJ Logistics' Blue Yonder solutions. This position will design and implement best-in-class solutions, using a suite of technology products in the Blue Yonder space, to meet business and customer needs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Core responsibility is to be the lead technical / functional consultant for our BY solutions across CJ Logistics America
- Act as the functional liaison across key stakeholders, including key customer contacts, Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and 3rd Party Consultants, to drive the timely and successful delivery of the final solution
- Drive the design, optimization, and implementation of our BY solutions for customers, utilizing industry best practices and process methodologies
- Apply domain knowledge to fully understand and identify how the BY solutions can be configured and delivered to best meet customer requirements / business processes
- Analyze business needs that fall outside the standard solution and / or scope, and determine integration complexity, architecture constraints and / or product roadmaps to leveraging standard functionality and minimizing system customizations
- Design & implement solutions in partnership with our TES teams to meet integrated needs of the BY WMS leveraging concepts such as middleware integration, small parcel, WCS, Automation, to provide value for our customers
- Communicate business cases to needs related to product functionality and enhancements
- Conduct and / or guide system integration, user acceptance testing and deployment phases of the project to ensure a seamless transition to our steady state support teams
- Balance project scope, timeline, and requirements to ensure successful time to value and definitive customer satisfaction
- Support BY solutions as a Level 3 architect providing guidance and troubleshooting support to our broader IT teams and staff
- Lead Technical and Functional Upgrade projects that focus on keeping systems and technology current and supportable in the CJLA landscape
- Technically mentors and coaches team members
- Perform other related job duties as required, within the scope of training and expertise

Salary : $105,000 - $130,000
