Senior Manager of Total Rewards
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Total Rewards to lead the design, implementation, and administration of our total rewards programs, policies, and procedures. This role is responsible for ensuring that programs support the company's business objectives, meet all legal requirements, and are competitive, equitable, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation:
- Develop and administer compensation programs, including job evaluations, pay structure development, base pay administration, and incentive plan design and analysis.
- Conduct market analysis and participate in salary surveys to ensure competitiveness.
- Manage the annual merit increase and bonus processes.
- Benefits:
- Manage enrollment, renewal, and delivery of benefits programs, including medical, pharmacy, vision, dental, disability, life insurance, employee assistance programs, retirement, and other programs.
- Effectively plan and execute the implementation and administration of all benefit plans, including annual open enrollment efforts.
- Oversee all benefit communications and manage relationships with benefit brokers and vendors.
- Compliance:
- Stay abreast of all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to compensation, benefits, and employment.
- Develop and maintain total rewards policies and procedures and ensure they are compliant.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 7 years of benefits administration/management experience required.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience required.

- Salary range: $145,000-$155,000.
