The Warehouse Associate is responsible for re-working the damaged product resulting in the ability to salvage the product.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Repair and re-work a damaged product so that the product may be salvaged and used as an acceptable product. Position may be responsible for inbounding shipments as appropriate
- Follow all CJ Logistics policies and procedures
- Support and participate in Lean Logistics Center's continual improvement activities.
- Participate in all assigned training programs.

Requirements and Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED preferred.
- Ability to work independently to accomplish work
- Ability to follow oral and/or written instruction
- Basic math and reading skills to perform job tasks and complete necessary paperwork.
- Ability to meet medium-level physical exertion requirements, including lifting up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to work within a team environment and foster a respectful workplace.
Demonstrate ethical behavior in all business interactions.
