Dependable maintenance technician needed for a well-kept, owner-operated apartment community located in Clinton, Tennessee.
Work in a friendly environment with a lot of nice people. This could possibly be a live-in, full time position after the trial period for the right candidate.
Requirements :
- Must have own tools, good repair skills, and good people skills.
- Candidate must be proficient at all interior repairs that would be needed at an apartment community. In other words, any repairs on the living side of the walls.
This includes apartment preparation, minor plumbing and electrical, sheetrock work, doors, moldings, and cabinet installation.
- Must work skillfully and efficiently.
- Must be close by and willing to be on emergency calls on a rotating basis.
