What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Building Maintenance Specialist position at CJ Lombardo Company?
Dependable maintenance technician needed for a well-kept, owner-operated apartment community located in Clinton, Tennessee.
Work in a friendly environment with a lot of nice people. This could be a live-in, full-time position after the trial period for the right candidate, or could be a great way to stay busy and earn some extra money.
Requirements :
- Must have own tools, good repair skills, and good people skills.
- Candidate must be proficient at all interior repairs that would be needed at an apartment community. In other words, any repairs on the living side of the walls. This includes apartment preparation, minor plumbing and electrical, sheetrock work, doors, moldings, and cabinet installation.
- Must work skillfully and efficiently.
- Must live close by (10-15 minutes) and be willing to be on emergency calls on a rotating basis.
