What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Control Panel Builder position at CJ Panel and Automation?
Duties:
-Wiring industrial control panels for various applications/industries
-Includes interpreting layout and wiring drawings, preliminary layout and strategy discussions, drilling and tapping through metal, snapping components to mounting rails, labeling components and wiring the panels, installing the panels and components into enclosures, performing final QC, packaging/crating the panels, and loading onto trucks.
-Includes similar industry related tasks aside from panels such as wiring assemblies, project organization, shop/warehouse management and housekeeping, and other overhead tasks.
-All panels must be built per the control panel procedure

Preferred Experience:
-Control panel building
-Proficiency in working with power tools and hand tools
-Familiarity with schematics, panel drawings, one-lines, P&IDs, etc...
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Ability to adhere to and maintain quality control standards
-Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
Skills:
-Basic hand and power tools
-Clean wire termination
-Interpreting schematics and BOMs
-Basic computer and spreadsheet skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
