Job Summary
We are seeking to add to our current field maintenance staff. Look for individuals who have experience in rental property maintenance, light plumbing and electrical and general handyman skills.
Successful candidate will use company vehicles as long as driving record is good.
Duties
- Perform daily work orders as directed by call schedulers
- Work with property tenants to ensure a smooth maintenance process and customer service
- Write up work resolutions and turn paperwork in daily
- General handy man duties
- Light plumbing
- Light electrical
- HVAC skills are a plus but not required
- General carpentry skills

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
