Automotive Technician Job Description
The Automotive Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Performing inspections, diagnoses, and repairs of vehicles.
- Completing service inspections and documenting manufacturer specifications/tolerances.
- Communicating technical aspects of repair to customers.
- Performing approved vehicle repairs using established company and industry guidelines.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years automotive technician experience.
- Valid PA inspection and emissions licenses, and Mobile Refrigeration Certification (609c).
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving history, and access to reliable transportation.
- ASE Certifications preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to at least 50lbs (on occasion weight may exceed 50lbs).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations in a professional manner.
