CJSeto Support Services, LLC is seeking an experienced, versatile Program Manager to join our team.
The Program Manager will guide all program management functions for the team involved with providing environmental compliance support to the government. The Program Manager is tasked with planning, tracking, and execution of complex tasking within technical, schedule, and budget constraints.
Candidate must be a resident of the Crane, IN area (within 30 miles) or willing to relocate to the Crane, IN area.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
The following qualifications are desired but not required:
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Science, Math, or Business or related field.
- Candidates will have at least ten (10) years of related work history in environmental technical programs and at least five (5) years proven success in Program Management.
- Strong verbal and written skills are needed.
- Candidate will have strong management credentials, good organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- The candidate must have prior work history and knowledge in the following areas:
- Cost estimating and Budget management;
- Rough Order of Magnitude development
- CLIN/SLIN management/tracking
- Organizational development;
- Guiding a large and diverse team including suppliers/vendors;
- Proven history managing to and meeting accelerated schedules;
- Effective communication of information between various entities (stakeholders, suppliers/vendors, employees) as well as strong briefing skills with Government customers;
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint) and Adobe.
- Cost estimating and Budget management;
The following qualifications are desired but not required:
- Prior work in environmental compliance arena is preferred.
- Ability to obtain HAZWOPER Supervisor certification.
