Job Title: IT Technician (On-Site, Full-Time)
Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our dynamic team in a full-time, on-site role. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Microsoft Office applications and bring hands-on experience as a Microsoft Administrator. This role requires a proactive professional who can effectively support IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to the enhancement of our IT infrastructure within an on-site environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to all staff members.
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, including user account management, licensing, and security configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Microsoft Office applications, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Install, configure, and update hardware and software as needed.
- Monitor system performance, security, and reliability, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize IT workflows and support operational goals.
- Document processes, procedures, and resolutions for future reference.
- Stay current with emerging IT trends and technologies to suggest improvements for organizational growth.
Work Hours:
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Flexibility to work after hours or on weekends as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT support or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration, including Azure Active Directory and Intune.
- Strong understanding of network concepts (e.g., VPN, firewalls, DNS).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a full-time, on-site setting.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.
