**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE** - TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION YOU MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN WILDLIFE REMOVAL (Animal Trapping, Bats, Birds) AND AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN A MANAGERIAL AND/OR SALES ROLE.


Upon hiring you will be given our tech manual that describes the specifics of each service we provide and strategy for insect, mosquito, rodent, and wildlife removal. You will also be provided with our sales manual to further educate you on what our approach is. We are not a company who looks to fly in and out of homes and businesses as quickly as possible. We look to provide the BEST service for our clients. Both in service and in education.


Skills necessary to fill this position:


This role combines expertise in wildlife control with a strong sales focus. You'll be the go-to person for customers needing solutions for wildlife intrusions, ensuring they receive top-notch service while also actively seeking new business opportunities to grow our customer base.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


· Wildlife Service Supervision: Help oversee and ensure the quality of wildlife control services, including inspections, trapping, removal, and exclusion. Provide guidance and support to technicians in the field.


· Sales and Business Development: Actively market and sell CJB's services to new and existing customers, including residential and commercial clients. Execute sales strategies to expand the customer base.


· Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.


· Administrative Tasks: Review/Create service orders, Create proposals for large jobs, tenders, and other documentation as needed. Scheduling service calls and creating follow-up visits.


Qualifications:


· Knowledge and experience in wildlife control methods and regulations.

· Proven sales and customer service skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

· Strong organizational and time management abilities.

· Proficiency in relevant software, including CRM and presentation tools.

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

* Basic computer knowledge. Ability to use google docs, forms, sheets. Also microsoft word and excel.


Additional Information:


This is a salary position. You will also receive commissions on new sales and potential quarterly performance bonuses. After 3 months of employment you are eligible for medical insurance coverage.


Monday-Friday work schedule. For peak season (Late April- Mid June) we ask that you work 2 Saturday's per 4 week period, after that time period, we ask that you work 1 Saturday per month from 9am-2pm.


We like to have company social events a few times a year and you would be expected to be part of these events (when possible).
