Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cleans Apartment Homes on a bi-weekly basis through the scheduling system.
- Keeps specified areas of the building clean in accordance with established housekeeping standards.
- Uses established cleaning procedures to clean assigned areas.
- Inspects equipment daily and reports any damage to Director.
- Reports all safety concerns or issues to Director or any Director immediately.
- Keeps designated storage areas stocked with necessary cleaning materials and supplies.
- Lets the Director know when supplies are getting low.
- Rotates floor assignments as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
Corporate Compliance
- Complies with safety policies and procedures.
- Adheres to laws regarding the protection, use, disclosure, and release of client and CJE business information.
- Attends required in services.
- Reports violations of law, regulations, policies, or procedures.
- Reports client abuse or neglect.
- Records documentation timely, accurately, and completely.
- This position has responsibility for HIPAA compliance.
- Exposure to bloodborne pathogens is not likely to occur in this position.

Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Institutional housekeeping experience desirable.
Language Skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
