Responsibilities
CJF America is now hiring for the position of Executive Director based in Rocky Mount, North America. This position reports to the Executive Director.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Transcribe meeting notes and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Coordinate office management tasks to ensure a smooth workflow within the executive office.
- Assist in project coordination by tracking deadlines, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and correspondence related to executive activities.
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Pet friendly.
- Available to be on call and maintain a flexible work schedule.
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role supporting senior staff.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software to optimize the CEO's time effectively.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and best practices.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Experience with project coordination, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Pay: $98,000.00 per year
