Job Summary
Join the CJGeo sales team to support business development and sales. The Sales Enablement Specialist is an inside sales coordinator and sales administrator who supports business development efforts, maximizing the use of internal tools such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, and ConstructConnect. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a talent for organizing data, streamlining processes, and providing administrative and analytical support to the sales team. This role will report to the Director of Business Development and focus on increasing CJGeo’s sales efficiency and profitability through strategic sales enablement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously improve data quality within Salesforce and other internal systems.
- Support pipeline visibility through accurate reporting, contact and account management, and activity inputting new inbound opportunities in Salesforce and routing calls to the appropriate Territory Manager.
- Coordinate internal sales team communication, including scheduling, agendas, and documentation for sales meetings, events, and tradeshows.
- Prepare and refine outside sales materials such as Google Slide presentations.
- Assist with writing and revising standard workflows and customer follow-up communications to streamline and standardize outreach.
- Assist with the creation, design, ordering, and implementation of marketing materials for events and campaigns.
Required Education and Experience
- Education: College degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Work Experience: 3 years in sales operations, sales support, or inside sales role, ideally in construction, engineering, or infrastructure-related fields.
- Tools: Experience with Salesforce (or other CRMs), bid platforms, and opportunity-tracking tools like ConstructConnect and Google Workspace is preferred.

Environment or Physical Working Conditions
- This position is primarily office-based, with occasional travel to client sites, industry events, or project locations to support sales initiatives, attend job site walkthroughs, or assist with technical presentations. It may require navigating active construction sites and uneven terrain.
- Attendance at monthly sales meetings in Richmond is required.
- Flexible hybrid work-from-home options may be available after an initial training period.
