Responsibilities:
• Ensures accuracy and efficiency in billing processes including billing multiple clients during mid-month and month-end periods.
• Reconciles, reports and researches any discrepancies found in billing.
• Maintains supreme communication with Account Executives to streamline processes and resolve billing issues and disputes as they arise.
• Accurately enters production accounts payable following proper approval, ensuring the appropriate accrual of use tax as necessary.
• Reconciles vendor statements to ensure all vendor invoices are recorded precisely.
• Processes client checks in exact accordance with internal policies and processes.
• Prepares and analyzes billing and financial reports.
• Supports other team members with their billing duties as needed.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing, finance, or a related field.
• Advertising agency experience is a plus.
• Prior experience with business software such as NetSuite and Salesforce are highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.
• Proven ability to work under strict deadlines and in an environment with many interruptions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently on assigned duties.
• Master collaborator and process improvement enthusiast.
