As a Senior Art Director, you’ll play a critical role in developing smart, breakthrough ideas and executing high-quality creative that aligns with client goals and strategic vision. You’ll work closely with other creative team members and agency divisions while championing a digital-first approach and helping to foster a culture of bold thinking, collaboration, and creative excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Create smart, compelling, and innovative creative solutions across a wide array of integrated branding platforms.
- Concept, design, and execute creative work across digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
- Actively participates in brainstorming and campaign concept meetings and is enthusiastic to ideate with the larger team.
- Is a trusted creative partner who develops strong relationships within creative and across other cross-functional departments.
- Problem solver who works to communicate expected issues and opportunities in advance and contribute ideas for solutions.
- Ownership of leading and delivering strategy-aligned campaigns on time and on budget.
- Acts as an example to junior team members, showing careful attention to detail and sharing experience in a full range of channels.
- Remain up to date on new creative and digital technologies and trends.
Job Specifications/Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in an advertising agency, design studio, or branding firm.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a solid understanding of digital-first design principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present and explain creative ideas internally.
- Proven ability to contribute to and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from creative brief through final delivery.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Passion for design, creativity, and staying current with emerging trends and technologies.
