• Assist OTR in the evaluation of patients
• Provides appropriate treatment of patients based on treatment plan
• Completes medical records based on department policy
• Demonstrates fiscal responsibility
• Complies with department policy

• Participates in student affiliation program
• Participates in department operations and program development

What qualifications you will need:

EDUCATION

• Graduation from an accredited two year Occupational Therapy assistant program approved by the AMA in collaboration with the American Occupational Therapy Association, (AOTA).
  
  

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

• Certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, (NBCOT) or exam pending
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider
