Landscape Maintenance Specialist
CK Lawn & Landscape, LLC is a growing full-service landscape company that has been in business for nearly 20 years serving the greater Madison area and is looking to grow our team of skilled professionals.
We are currently looking to fill positions within our Landscape Maintenance department. These positions are full time approximately April – December, with snow removal in the winter if desired. Normal work hours are 40-45 hours per week, Monday – Friday. We are looking for qualified or eager to learn individuals with a passion for providing detailed & excellent service to our clients.
Landscape Maintenance Specialists provide a high level of quality and detail to our residential and commercial maintenance clients. Services include but are not limited to spring & fall clean ups, mulching, weeding, planting, and pruning.
Necessary skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in landscape maintenance or knowledge of best horticulture practices with the ability to identify weeds, ornamental shrubs & trees, perennials, etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively and take direction.
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Enjoy working outdoors in all elements of Midwest weather.
- Reliability with the ability to work in a team environment
- Must be able to lift more than 50 pounds and ensure repetitive motions.
Pay: $21-$28 per hour based on experience.
