Key Responsibilities- Underwriting & Brokerage Support
- Assist in evaluating insurance applications and underwriting risks.
- Prepare quotes by analyzing carrier underwriting guidelines and market acceptability.
- Assist in pre-rating and selecting the correct policy language for insurance contracts.
- Manage documentation and ensure compliance with underwriting and brokerage standards.
- Market & Client Interaction
- Communicate with insurance carriers, markets, and retail insurance broker clients via email and phone.
- Submit brokerage applications and follow up on required documentation to secure bindable quotes.
- Collaborate with a team to support quoting for new business and renewals.
- Operational Support
- Organize and maintain accurate documentation in internal systems.
- Track and follow up on outstanding submissions and quotes.
- Assist in streamlining processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
