PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Overseeing daily functions, promoting company policies & complying with guidelines.
• Monitoring sales and General Manager accountability for branch
• Regular visits to branch stores
• Maintain scorecard with key metrics for each branch
• Support and manage all sales groups including Retail/Counter Sales, Inside Sales and Outside Sales
• Support CK relationship with outside organizations (MCA, ASA, SMACNA, AWS, etc)
• Serve on the product committee and other committees as needed
• Follow and enforce all safety guidelines and requirements including proper personal protective equipment for employees and visitors
• Be on after hours call list for key accounts
• Other duties, as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have previous welding equipment knowledge and at least 1 year experience performing comparable duties.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to handle diverse individuals and situations in a professional manner
• Proficient in operating office equipment, including but not limited to computer, phone, fax machine, etc...
• Proficient in basic computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to move and handle merchandise up to 75lbs.
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time as well as ability to stoop, twist, kneel and bend
