Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will support various HR functions and contribute to the overall effectiveness of our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a passion for talent management, and familiarity with Recruiting, interviewing candidates.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Facilitate communication between employees and management regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Help negotiate employment offers and assist with benefits administration.
- answering the phone and basic customer service
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Recruiting, interviewing and hiring
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of talent management principles and employee evaluation processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.

Pay: $26,880.00 - $30,000.00 per year
