We are a fast growing company looking for a reliable candidate with excellent customer service skills for this position.
Hours/shifts/posts would vary based on scheduling needs. Night and weekend availability is a must.
Must be willing to travel to Lexington and surrounding counties (Franklin, Scott, Anderson)
Job Description:
- Duties are specific to the job site and include patrolling property, monitoring cameras, deterring any potential criminal activity or misconduct, report writing, and investigating suspicious activity.
- Security officers are expected to perform job duties with a constant awareness of surroundings, making note of any and all activity that takes place in the assigned area.
- Security Officers must maintain a professional image and demonstrate excellent customer service at all times.
- Officers should maintain a working knowledge of all site specific emergency policies, procedures and regulations to be able to respond to alarms, incidents and emergency situations.
- Officers must maintain great attendance according to CK Tactical Security's standards.
Physical Requirements:
In general, the following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by a Security Officer to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to allow for certain ADA requirements.
- Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or other customers.
- Pushing/pulling/carrying lifting, may include up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
- Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat.

- High school or equivalent (Required)

- Security: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Required)

- Driver's License (Required)
