Our pay plan isn't rocket science-just good pay for good work. We start at 53 cents per mile and throw in extras for breakdowns, tarping, and detention. Most of our drivers make around $1,400 per week, with the option to increase through our "Pathway to Success" program. And because we know life throws curveballs, our Minimum Pay Program guarantees no less than $1,200 per week once you're past your first month. You can even choose between pay per mile or a percentage of the load.
Our main base is in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, zip code 70802, but we're all about keeping you close to home for resets. We understand that nothing beats sleeping in your own bed, so we'll keep those routes flexible and make sure you're back for the weekend.

You'll drive late-model Peterbilt 579s with Sirius XM, inverters, and front-facing cameras to keep you safe (and yes, only facing forward-your cab, your privacy).
