Position Description:
Our flatbed fleet guarantees weekends at home for a healthy work-life balance. Expect to cover an average of 2500 miles per week. Your pay, starting at 53cpm, includes breakdown pay, tarp pay, and detention pay. You'll handle a variety of loads, such as lumber, coils, machinery, rebar, pipe, and oversized loads.
Pay:
Earn an average of $1400 per week. Through our Pathway to Success program, you can make $5,000 in your first 120 days. CPM starts at 53cpm and adjusts based on your tenure with your previous employer. You have the option to choose payment by cent per mile or by percentage of the load. Our Minimum Pay Program guarantees you $1200 after 30 days of employment.

We customize running areas based on your location to prioritize your ability to return home for resets.
Orientation:
Upon completing your first Friday, receive $1500 in orientation pay. We cover meals, travel, and hotel accommodations during orientation. If you lack a TWIC card, you'll obtain it during orientation. After orientation, you'll be dispatched with the opportunity to return home for the weekend.
Equipment:
Drive a top-tier Peterbilt 579, just 1.5 years old. Our trucks come equipped with Sirius XM, TV mounts, inverters, 72" high roofs, dual drive tires, and Espar bunk heaters. For safety, front-facing cameras are installed, though they do not monitor inside the truck. You'll operate with flatbed trailers.

Qualifications for the CDL A Driver:

You need 12 months of OTR experience within the last 3 years, specifically in flatbed operations (strapping, tarping, chaining, and binder experience). Minimum tractor experience length required is 48ft.
