Join our team as a valued member of our dry van fleet, driving top-of-the-line 10-speed manual trucks. With routes primarily focused in the Southeast region, you'll cover an average of 2,100 miles per week. Three out of four weeks will include weekends off, with one week offering a mid-week break, so you can count on consistent time to relax and recharge.
Compensation:
Your hard work will be rewarded with a weekly income ranging from $1,100 to $1,600, depending on your experience and miles covered. For your peace of mind, we offer minimum pay protection of $1,060, providing financial stability each week. You'll be primarily based out of Baltimore, Maryland zip code 21202 , but our regional routes will keep you driving familiar and efficient paths.
Equipment and Orientation:
When you join our team, you'll participate in a three-day orientation program designed to make your transition as smooth as possible. We'll provide breakfast, lunch, and cover your travel and lodging. During this time, you'll get acquainted with our fleet of modern trucks, which include International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth models, all equipped with 10-speed manual transmissions, 1500-watt inverters, and Opti-idle for added convenience. Take-home trucks are an option, as long as you have a safe place to park them.

Qualifications:
We're looking for drivers who are at least 21 years old and hold a valid CDL A license. Trucks in this role are 48ft or longer, so familiarity with larger equipment is essential.
